Our team of industry veterans includes:

  • NOVA's President and VP of Sales have over 50 years of combined experience in the print and fulfillment industries.
  • The Director of Operations and Plant Manager bring 40 years of industry knowledge to our daily operations.
  • The Information Technology team has 50 plus years of experience in application development, systems design and systems integration.
  • Our Quality Manager has 20 years of experience in TQM systems and continuous improvement techniques, including a Six Sigma Black Belt and extensive Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience.
